Eligibility Criteria

  • The entity applying for the award shall be a company registered in India under the Companies Act 1956, or a partnership firm registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act of 2008
  • The entity must submit their certificate of incorporation or partnership deed
  • The entity must have all applicable trade or trade-specific registrations (example: CE, GST Registration, etc.). There should not have been any defaults in the last three years (FY 2019-20, 20-21, 21-22) by the entity or any of its promoters or any of their group entities. The entity may be asked to submit the related documents
  • For the Start-ups, it should be a DPIIT recognized startup
  • For the MSMEs, it should be a recognized MSME entity
  • For the entities applying under “Maritime Excellence in Global ESG initiatives” category, the entity must have a global presence including India
